One-on-one (1x1) basketball – an intense form of basketball aimed at developing individual technical and tactical skills. This sport develops quick decision-making, coordination, reaction speed, strength, and endurance, while encouraging creativity in game situations. During classes, participants learn shooting, dribbling, defense, and offense techniques, application of individual strategy, and the ability to adapt to the opponent's playing style. Training focuses on quick reaction, independence on the court, and strengthening self-confidence.
