Aerial Acrobatics / Trampoline

In aerial acrobatics and trampoline classes, participants develop endurance, coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility, learning jumps, spins, aerial elements, and acrobatic exercises on trampolines or aerial equipment. The activity develops creativity, courage, concentration, and self-control, while strengthening technical skills and self-confidence. Classes are adapted for both individual improvement and group performances and provide an opportunity to try acrobatics in unexpected spatial contexts.
