Futsal

Indoor soccer / Futsal – an intense form of football played on indoor courts with smaller, usually 5-6 player teams. This sport develops technique, quick decision-making, coordination, reaction speed, and tactical skills, while developing team abilities and cooperation. During classes, participants improve shooting, passing, defense, and offense techniques, learn to read the game, apply strategy, and quickly adapt to changing game situations. Training helps develop physical endurance, reaction speed, coordination, and self-confidence on the court.
