Belly Dance

In belly dance classes, one learns to express oneself through plastic, rhythmic, and body isolation-based movement, combining music, emotion, and grace. Participants develop flexibility, coordination, body control, and the ability to subtly control different body parts, creating smooth and expressive movements. During classes, great attention is given to feeling the music, rhythm, and feminine energy, learning various techniques – from soft, undulating movements to precise, rhythmic accents. Stage confidence, posture, and the ability to convey emotion through movement are also developed. Classes encourage creativity, body awareness, and allow unfolding through an elegant, culturally rich dance form.
