Rugby provides an opportunity to develop physical endurance, strength, speed, and team skills, acquiring technical and tactical knowledge about rugby. In this subcategory, focus is given to ball handling, passing, throwing, defense and offense strategies, and mastering game rules. Classes are oriented both towards improving individual skills and team aspects – cooperation, communication on the field, and strategy application in real game situations. Participants develop coordination, reaction speed, physical endurance, and self-confidence on the field.
