Pilates

In Pilates training, body stability, deep muscles, and correct posture are developed by performing slow, controlled movements. Great attention is given to strengthening the body's core, breathing, and precision of movements. During classes, balance, flexibility, and body control are improved, abdominal, back, and pelvic floor muscles are strengthened. Exercises are performed both on a mat and with additional equipment to achieve greater effectiveness and control. Pilates helps improve posture, reduce tension in the body, and increase overall physical awareness, therefore it is suitable for both beginners and advanced.
