Cheerleading

In basketball support dance (Cheerleading) training, energetic, synchronous choreographies for performances at sports events are learned. Participants develop rhythm, coordination, movement accuracy, and the ability to work in a team. During classes, elements of dance, acrobatics, and stage expression are combined – jumps, poses, hand combinations, and dynamic transitions are performed. Great attention is given to synchronization, energy, and visually strong performance. Training develops self-confidence, endurance, team connection, and stage courage, allowing the creation of engaging and inspiring performances for spectators.
