In Tricking (free acrobatics) classes, one learns to perform dynamic acrobatic movements, combining jumps, aerial spins, kicks, and gymnastics elements into free, creative combinations. Participants develop strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and body control moving both on the ground and in the air. During classes, great attention is given to safe technique mastery, progression from basic elements to more complex tricks, and individual style formation. One learns not only individual movements but also how to combine them into smooth sequences. Classes encourage courage, creativity, and self-testing, allow discovering freedom of movement and expressing oneself through acrobatic, energetic forms of movement.
