Artistic Gymnastics

In artistic gymnastics classes, participants perform various exercises on flat floors, balance structures, parallel bars, and other gymnastics equipment. The activity develops body strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and endurance, while strengthening concentration and discipline. Participants learn technique, perform exercises safely and progressively, develop movement control, rhythm, and creativity when performing complexes. Classes encourage self-confidence, the ability to work individually or in a group, and strive for higher results in sports activities.
