Rhythmic Gymnastics

In rhythmic gymnastics classes, participants develop body flexibility, grace, endurance, coordination, and balance, performing exercises with apparatus (ribbon, hoop, ball, clubs) or without them. The activity includes movement technique, rhythmics, creativity, and choreography skills improvement, allowing the creation of aesthetically appealing performances. Participants develop concentration, stage confidence, self-control, and the ability to express emotions through movement. Classes are intended for both individual improvement and teamwork, aiming for harmonious movement and creative expression.
