Beach football – a form of football played on sand courts, usually with 5-6 player teams. This sport develops coordination, endurance, strength, speed, and technical skills, while developing team abilities, cooperation, and tactical thinking. During classes, participants improve shooting, passing, defense, and offense techniques, skills for adapting to sand surface characteristics, quick decision-making abilities, and game strategy. Training helps develop physical endurance, coordination, reaction speed, and self-confidence on the court.
