Small-sided Football (5x5)

Small-sided football (5x5) – a form of football played on a smaller field, where teams consist of five players. This sport develops technique, quick decision-making, coordination, endurance, and tactical skills, while developing teamwork and cooperation. During classes, participants improve shooting, passing, defense, and offense techniques, learn to read the game, react quickly, and apply strategy on the field. Training helps develop physical endurance, speed, coordination, and self-confidence in game situations.
