Percussion Instruments

Percussion instruments – a music direction for getting to know and learning to play drums, timpani, xylophone, tambourine, tambourine, or other rhythmic instruments. In classes, one learns sense of rhythm, sound control, reading notes or symbols, performance techniques of pieces, and creative interpretation. Participants develop coordination, sense of rhythm, musical hearing, and stage confidence. Lessons can be individual or group, adapted for both beginners and advanced. Learning percussion instruments develops patience, creativity, concentration, and provides an opportunity to make music both solo and in an ensemble or orchestra.
